COMPANY POLICY
General
- All prices and stock are subject to change without notice.
- NY Residents will be charged Sales tax.
- Shipping will be added to all orders. Shipping upgrades available upon request.
- Paypal accepted.
- All personal information will be kept strictly confidential and will NOT be shared with any other companies.
- Please contact Stacey@LittleShopOfFavors.com if you have any questions regarding your order, or for any product questions.
- Rush orders can be completed for an additional charge, depending on the timeframe and availability of stock. Please contact Stacey@LittleShopOfFavors.com for further details.
- UPS tracking information will be sent to you upon shipping.
- You will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order if product ordered is out of stock or on back-order.
- Due to favors being custom made, all sales are final. Cancellation of an order must be made within 24 hours of placing original order.
- Phone calls will only be returned on business days. Calls will be answered by a voicemail system which is checked regularly. Please allow ample time for calls to be returned. Emails will be returned with a much faster turnaround time than calls and are preferable.
Favors
- There is a minimum order of 12 party favors required.
- Please allow 8-10 business days after payment is received in full for all orders to be completed and shipped to you. More time may be needed for orders 20 items or more. Shipping available only in the US. All orders are shipped from NY State.
- All favors come wrapped in clear cellophane paper and tied with curly ribbons.
- To place an order, please send an email to Stacey@LittleShopOfFavors.com. Please include the birthday child’s name, your name, address and phone number; item(s) you wish to order and your guest list. Be sure to specify the girls and boys separately.
